Who We Are

SEN4You provides legal advice, support and representation in the areas of Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND). We are a service offered by Baker Small Solicitors and are regulated by the Solicitors Regulation Authority.

Based in Milton Keynes our services are available nationally and our offices are served by excellent road and rail links. However, we are flexible in the way we deliver legal services and have meeting facilities available across the country. We also make use of the latest technology and can offer our clients online meeting facilities, without them ever having to leave the office in order to seek advice.

We recognise that as a parent or carer the prospect of tackling the legalistic aspect of the education system is a daunting task. However, we are here to help you face this challenge and to secure the correct level of support your child needs.

Our SEN Experience

We are a leading law firm in the field of SEN and have been practicing for nearly 14 years.

We have significant experience of the SEND system and in acting on a wide range of SEND tribunal appeals of varying complexity. These range from securing Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments for children to securing specialist 52 week residential placements. We undertake cases in all Courts in England and Wales including the First Tier Tribunal, the Upper Tier Tribunal and the High Court.

We regularly provide accredited training to schools, local authorities and voluntary organisations on a range of SEN matters. From time to time we also host events throughout England and Wales focusing specifically on SEN issues.

We have considerable experience working for parents, local authorities and with statutory services including schools, further education colleges, social services and health services. We are unique in this respect.
