Bespoke SEN Training

With the implementation of the Children and Families Act and the introduction of Education, Health and Care Plans (EHC), Local Authorities, health services, professionals and educational settings are faced with increasing legal challenges and a need to navigate a complex system.

Many of the difficulties experienced by statutory services in the SEN system are due to a lack of knowledge of the law and how it needs to be applied in practice.

Without a sound knowledge of the law, local authorities can expect to receive ever increasing numbers of complaints and appeals to the SEN Tribunal.

To meet this need, we provide specialist and accredited training to local authorities, educational settings and professionals in the area of Special Educational Needs law and practice.
